    Thankfully I have never had to take mine off, although there are small screws that hold the window trim on, but I don't think there are any screws in the trim panel, just push in retainer clips. Good luck. David g........:2cents:

    Check the U-Joint's on the drive shaft, you will need to remove driveshaft being careful not to let the cups fall off the rear joint when you take it loose. Check the front one by moving the yoke on the front of the driveshaft back/forth. Good luck. David g...........:2cents:

    Derek, sorry for the problem, you can remove the trim panel by using a putty knife and slide it in close to the top and twist the knife until it pops loose, then slide down to the next one and do the same. A large screwdriver will help in popping out the clips. Don't worry about the right side...

    Rear (Auxiliary) Blower Question

    John, make sure the knob on the fan control is NOT turned to the OFF position. I would remove the cover, check the ground wire and make sure it's tight. If none of this works, with switch ON, tap on the motor LIGHTLY with a small hammer HANDLE ONLY, not the hammer end. Let us know what you find...

As OP have stated, you need a thermostat, but as well I think you've got some AIR POCKETS in your cooling system, so change the thermostat with a 195, open the heater control and only fill the radiator about 2" below the top and let it run...
