    Dashcam behind mirror...need power!

Hi gang, I have 2012 Yukon Denali. I have a new Dashcam, that I'm looking to mount behind the rearview mirror. I'm struggling a bit to find switched power for this.....I have an 'add a circuit', and was going to put it on slot 49 in the engine fuse block. That slot was completely empty. But it...

    Third row gets stuck unfolding

Drumming up an old thread here, but I found that the main culprit in my case was the cargo liner. I have Husky Weatherbeaters on it. I have a hell of a time getting the 3rd row up. With the liner removed, it's MUCH better. The seatbelt will sometimes stop them from coming up, but I think the...

Yep, that makes perfect sense. Thanks Pete.

    2012 console storage compartment

Hi guys, I have a used 2012 Yukon Denali. I have a question about the big storage compartment in the center console (between passenger and driver seats). Since I bought mine used, I was curious of I was missing a tray. I have one huge giant cavernous space. Is there supposed to be removable tray...

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

Ok, snow tires are on! I went from CK375 22" to 17" snow rims with Michelin Xi2's. It looks fine, but I'll be happy come spring when I can put the 22's back on.

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

I bit the bullet, and bought some 17" snow rims and tires. I got the Michelin X-Ice Xi2. The rims should pay for themselves after 2 years. I'll post some pictures before/after so you can see what the swap from 22" to 17" looks like.

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

I agree Nathan. I'm past the aesthetics, and am ready to get a wheel/tire package. Getting a tire/rim package is just $300 more than tires alone. But on their own rims, $0 to flip between the all-seasons. Seems like a slam-dunk, thanks for all the replies.

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

Thanks for the replies guys. Costco has some cheap wheels that don't look too bad either. There are some 18" that would work well. Once that's decided, there are LOTS of 18" snow tires. Costco has a nice $70 rebate on Michelin X-Ice XI2. So tires and rims would probably be about the same as the...

    Third row gets stuck unfolding

I found one thing that helps a little bit. When the seats are folded up, when I pull them down, I slam them both down AND forward. It doesn't work every time, but adding the forward pressure while pulling down seems to help quite a bit.

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

Thanks for the reply mals. I've been shopping around, and it seems that getting some new rims might be the way to go. 22" blizzaks would run me $1122 at America's Tire. It's the only snow rated 22" that I saw anywhere. I can buy some 18" rims at discount tire, and have any option of tires at...

    Traction Devices / Snow Tires

I'm going to be driving over some snowy mountain passes next month with the family, and need some advice for snow driving. I have a 2012 Yukon Denali with 22" wheels. The manual says not to use chains on this vehicle, is this a confirmed truth? Will it truly cause damage if I put chains on this...

    Third row gets stuck unfolding

Yeah, sounds like we have the same issue. No rhyme or reason to what makes it finally work. Just slamming them down is the only thing I've seen as well. Even then, I'm slamming them in and out sometimes 5 times or more. As annoying as it is for me, my 5'2" wife can barely reach the seatbacks, so...

    Third row gets stuck unfolding

I have a 2012 Yukon Denali that has one major annoyance. When I fold up the 3rd row seats, I have a hard time getting them unfolded back into seats. When I pull them down and latch them back on the floor, I grab the seat backs and try to pull them upright. Almost all the times doing this, they...

    Just Sayin' Hey

I was thinking the color was Graystone Metallic, but it may be darker than that. EDIT: Nevermind, I see that this color wasn't an option in 2011. Looks like Graystone was 2012

    E85 in 2012 Yukon Denali

Hello, I have a yellow capped Flex Fuel Yukon. I'm interested in running E85 in it, there are a few spots around me that have it. If I have a 1/2 talk of gasoline, and I top off with E85, is that bad? Should I be close to E when I fill up? Thanks for any help, I'm a newbie to this.

    New User, New Yukon

Thanks! I dig the 22" ck375's too. I got the build sheet, and the wheels and chrome exhaust tip were on there. Not sure if they came packaged together quite a bit or not. I also realized that I put this thread in the wrong forum (I should be in 07-14).

    New User, New Yukon

Hello, I'm new the the forum and wanted to post a quick hello, and a picture of my new ride. I read these forums a lot when researching what I was going to get. I ended up with a 2012 Denali, that is a CPO. It has black interior, 22", and is super clean. I'm not overly thrilled on the tread...
