    I installed a new A/C Delco fuel pump in my 2001 Yukon . I went to splice the new supplied connector but the wiring diagrams supplied by Delco do not match my factory wiring. I have an purple, grey, black and orange wire. There diagrams do not show an orange wire. Any help would be appreciated

    I have no issues with the evap system and the engine runs fine. there are no warning lights just the issue with the gauge going to empty when it is full. I assume it is the sending unit.     I live in Ca as well and have to go through regular smog checks. I was told the O2 sensors should be replaced at 100K or 10 years. At least the upstream sensors should be replaced.

    Thanks for all the great information. I did not think about the wind resistance. Most likely I will not be traveling over 55 as that is the max towing speed limit here in california.

    They at least need to be remote adjustable and be heated. Mine do not have the turn signals in the mirrors

    This Yukon came with the tow package so it has the big hitch. As I recall it dose have 3.73 gears. Some of those mirror extensions look out of place. I was looking for more of a permanent replacement type mirrors.

    I have 2001 Yukon SLT 5.3 4WD with Autoride suspension. Im looking to tow a 20Ft enclosed car trailer that when loaded will weight around 6500 lbs. Can this Yukon handle that much wight? Im also looking for recommendation on extendable mirrors since the trailer will be 102" wide.

    New Member From Northern Ca

    I own a 2001 Yukon that I have had since new. It is coming up on 100K miles and had no issues. In the near future a may be using it to tow a trailer.
