What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
Finished up my wife's Lift with new lifted Shocks, alignment done and trimmed a little more. I still am waiting on the Z-71 rear coil springs.- Z-56 Hoe

Primer for polyurethane smooth vent caps?
Take them to a body shop and have them spray. -

The 6.0L is pretty much a direct swap I did it on mine and when my wife's engine goes we will be doing it on hers too! cross country trip in very high mileage Tahoe?
Do you know when it last had a tune up? I would have a full tune up, oil change transmission service and filter change NOT a FLUSH! Also change Diff fluid, check U joints, tires and spare a coolent flush wouldn't hurt either. With that stuff done if you are able to drive ot 50 miles a day...- Z-56 Hoe

wife's 2002 with pro comps 2" keys and shock extenders. Next to my 2001 with a 2/3" spindle drop. Both have 275X55R20's- Z-56 Hoe

Might I suggest the NNBS stock brake upgrade! ( front rotors and calipers I'd go with R1concepts.coms rotors!). also. Don't waste your money on Shorty headers our LS engines don't benefit from them like a decent pair on long tube headers! welcome to TYF and love the color. The 4L60 and or...- Z-56 Hoe

I got my 20's brand new with Nitto 420s for $1000 flat out the door. My tahoe handles way better and it allowed me to do the R1 rotors and NNBS cailpers- Z-56 Hoe

Stock size shocks work great. With a Level kit. I would get the Pro comp 2" Lit though. It comes with Keys and Shock adapters you can also get it with rear Spacers. Bilstins arent that bad just got to look for a sale or good price and check around if you get Bilstins get the 5100s Ranch...- Z-56 Hoe
