I already had the Panhard bar. Got it about a year ago. It was so hard getting the control arms. I bought them off a seller on eBay. Carid. They said it will be about a month before they ship. So they held my money for a month then they messaged me an said they cannot get the parts from the...
Also u should of kept your lower control arms bolted In before doing the sway bar links. Bolt them back in. Do not use shock extenders. Don’t need them anyway with the belltech shocks. For the time being. Order some mcgaughy shock extenders. Then after hooking lower arms back up do the end links
Here is a pic of mine. Hope this helps Also the relocation bracket for the lower control arm WILL NOT work with belltech shock extension or any made that way. I’ve lowered bout 6 of these Tahoe’s including mine an they do not fit. Have to use mcgaughys shock extenders as u can look up an see...
I have belltech 4230 for trailblazer on my Tahoe. Gave me about a 5 inch drop. I’ve also ran crown an mcgaughys. All have the small pig tail on end. I took them out about a month back an cut off 1 an half coil or a coil don’t remember. But it opened it up a lot where it don’t have the pig tail...
No it’s blinker fluid lol. No I know some people are stupid as hell so gotta ask. I ended up fixing it. Not sure what it was out of all the stuff I did but only thing I didn’t do was rear main. So it was either pan gasket or oil sensor. An a few good oil changes if anything but Mobil one an it...
I have mcgaughys spindles. I did my entire front end with moog an ac delco professional when I installed them. Everything is still tight. I regularly grease them also. I heard the mcgaughys spindles are better bout keeping everything like stock. Sounds like it if u hve changed all that that many...
If u just changed the cv an u have that noise it could be something else. I mean u could of got a dud but i doubt it. Could be sway bar links or any other front end part. If u lived in cookeville area i would check it out for u. I highly doubt it has anything to do with height. I’m slammed in...
They will not be the exact same as the other side. Driver side will be different than passenger side. All the chevys have a lean. An the gas tank is on drivers. Mine is perfectly level an the drivers side is way more cranked than passenger side.
Had the same problem with my 04 Tahoe when installing drop spindles. The bottom ball joint on passenger side. The pickle fork I was using was actually not going around the stud. It was slightly smaller. Also I’ve had luck with just striking the knuckle really hard an it separates. I’ve done it...
And now I know. n hopefully this thread will help someone else get the idea that it don’t look good an don’t do all the unnecessary work. If I would of seen a thread like this I wouldn’t even of done it
Yes sir. I just wanted to try it but def looks like shit. I already put them back on. But I’m missing couple brackets now but they still sturdy. There are lines that run down passenger side that have tx30s an they are a pain to get out. One stripped on passenger side an 2 on driver so had to cut...
Sup guys. I been debating a while bout taking my side steps off. Now that I have not sure if I like it. Or maybe it’s one them situations that will grow on ya lol. What y’all think. Bottom 2 pics are with obviously.
