I'm linking the 2014 escalade wheels too. I think the grey painted background would look nice on iridium.
But not sure how you deal with that center cap....

I actually like the factory reproduction look and I also don't want to spend a ton on wheels...
26s require too low profile of a tire for me. I'm even on the fence about 24s.
But I hate the wheel gap so I'm hoping I can run a bit bigger tire... Maybe something close to a 33" to fill out the...
I have been searching for pictures online of various wheel and tire fitments trying to figure out what will fit on the 2015. I am trying to decide between 22 and 24 inch wheels and would like to see if any larger overall diameter tires will fit to give the wheel well a more full look without...

I would be interested to see some light output and cutoff pictures from a denali. Just curious how it would compare.

I heard that the 2014 trucks needed them so I just added them to the Kit. They are the same price as the standard harness...
But I did not confirm an error or bulb out indicator without them because I had no non Canbus harness to try.

The wiring is plug and play.
The Canbus harness plugs into the connector that plugs into the stock bulb. Then you have to drill a hole In the access cap to run that harness out to the ballast and then the HID power feed back into the bulb housing.
But there is no new power run to the battery...
Go with the HIDs. Not much harder to install than a halogen bulb.
The manual says go to the dealer because you have to take out the airbox to get the the passenger side bulb. But it isn't hard to do.
Here is the output. Blows away the halogens in output and the cutoff looks great to me...
I use meguiars NXT. Easy to apply and remove and looks good. A clay bar to start always helps too and isn't too much work.

I swear they do this to sell onstar... My audi just made you say ok to a warning and then your passenger could enter an address.
You can also send an address from your phone using the onstar app. Not sure is that is a pay or free feature...

I Wouldn't get it. But I am cheap and didn't get a Denali! If I were going to get a Denali it would have no options but the 22s.
I don't want crap resolution rear screens, leaky sunroofs, gimmicky Head up display or motorized steps that will break soon enough. These options tack almost 8k on...
Yup. SLT halogen projectors with Theretrofitsource.com Morimoto Elite 3Five ballast with H11 XB 4300K bulbs and Canbus harness.
Just posted up a big old install thread. In the 2015 exterior forum.
Truck is 12 hours off the dealer lot and already modded!

Installed the Morimoto Elite H11 HID system (3Five 35W ballasts) from The Retrofit Source with optional XB 35
4300K bulbs and Canbus H11 harness (update: the driver side bulb occasionally does not fire with the Canbus harness. I believe a few other on here have reported this as well and TRS...
I did my install tonight. The box pulls out on the Yukon as well. Only tricky part is rotating it out around the various hoses. But is isn't too bad. I was taking my time and the whole install took a few hours.
A few teasers:

Thanks guys. Mine is 2wd.
This is the only other picture I managed to get today.
Got the HIDs in tonight.
Left light is HID and Right is stock in that picture. The light output is way better. The cutoff seemed good to me. I have a bunch of pictures of the whole install and will get a...
I had a brand new 2014 SLT for a week while waiting for this one. It was nice but there is no comparison in technology features and smoothness of the ride / power train.
The 2015 SLT comes standard with more than the prior Denali. So, yes the prices are up but it isn't really apples to apples...
It is silly they don't just put them in all the trucks. The cost isn't much they just want a reason to sell you all the crap in the "denali" or "LTZ" trim levels.

Got my SLT today and the airbag line is slightly visible too. Nothing like on the Denali. I think it is just because the Denali is real leather no the dash that makes it more visible.
GM is relatively new to these "soft touch" dash materials so it isn't surprising if they have some issues for...
