    Most I have ever put in my truck was 21-22 gallons. I figured it was the same size as the silverados and sierras but I could be wrong. Fuel related things on this body style tahoe/yukon are wonky if you ask me!

    Checkout justchevytrucks.com they have an Ebay store with Oem fan conversion kits. the fans are out of the 05' and up trucks which means they bolt right in and they come with the relay harness and clear color picture instructions on how to get them installed.

    Yeah i'm sticking with the 5.3 so I should be okay with my tranny its newly rebuilt with a hardened sunshell and vette servo so I think the line pressure will help it nicely. However if you put in a 4L80E I doubt you'll have any problems out of it. Mine does 98 thats it and thats where it hits...

    You can get the tunes for any octane rating you want. Ive heard of dealerships being able to tell if you have had a tune and reflashed back to stock but I believe if you have the autocal you can reflash back to a stock tune and raise no flags for the dealership.

    I have a 5.3 and it was single in Dual out then it merged into the stock tip behind the passenger rear tire. I have the flex fuel 5.3 so i'm assuming that's why. I was just throwing that information out there.

    I figured it only mattered in high horse power applications. I wont just go and gut my cats that's asking for trouble. Any real gains in my application would be marginal at best

    Eventually I am going longtubes because i know I will see gains from them over the stock manifolds I will more then likely keep the cats on and if they go bad ill either take them out or run a set of high flow cats. Its a daily driver and I don't wanna stink up the road
