Yikes. I have a ‘22 with a TPW of this week that was not built as of yesterday with the Luxury package. I wonder what this means for me…I already canceled my original order that was built 4/12 and has been sitting since. Was hoping I’d get lucky with this one.
I’d love to hear if these ‘23s actually get TPWs this soon. My ‘22 has a TPW of 7/4, but I’ve heard rumors that they close for 2 weeks for the holidays. If ‘23s are already getting July dates, I’m a little worried!
I really think these dealers just have no clue what is happening. Things were coded in a way that made it seem like they were built and ready for shipping but have then sat forever and GM is finally telling them which trucks are not actually ready and are instead missing parts. You’d think...
Yup I’m seeing a ton of Z71s and High Countries hit my dealership. I ordered an LT. Haven’t seen any of those and it’s been months probably since I’ve seen an LS.
Same exact thing I’ve been told for 3 months. They called me today (after not ever giving me updates unless I bugged them) to tell me that there still wasn’t movement on mine but they had some others coming in that were conveniently more expensive and did I want one of those? That was the last...
Anyone black powder coated the 18” “PZX” wheels on a ‘22 Tahoe? Im
Getting an LT that comes with the high polished aluminum wheels and trying to decide if I just want to powder coat them or replace them.
Nope. There are rumors going around that there are about 4000 vehicles that are sitting waiting for chips and they won’t be done until Oct/Nov. some dealerships are saying they received a list with all the VINs. I haven’t heard a word from my dealership, but I’m thinking mine might be in there...
Similar story. On 5/23 I put a deposit down on one that was “already built and just awaiting transportation” per my salesman. I didn’t know anything about these delays when I did that. Come to find out it was produced on 4/12 and has been sitting ever since with no window sticker and my salesman...
I think they're telling you to leave them alone and bug your dealership instead. That's the vibe I get every time I ask about mine. Maybe I'm wrong though and it means something has changed!
I have a Tahoe LT that has been accepted but didn't have a TPW yet as of yesterday. My dealer guessed it would be the first week of July, but we shall see!
Finally got a helpful person on Chevy chat who let me know that the Tahoe LT that I have reserved was produced on 4/12. It's been sitting ever since with no window sticker and no ETA. So looks like I'm officially part of the club that no one wants to be in.
Just put another deposit down on a...
I just put a deposit down on an LT that my dealer already had on order. Accepted, but still no TPW. Maybe it will be the last one on the assembly line!
Taking bets on whether this one or the other one that I have reserved will make it to a dealership first. That one was produced 4/12 and has...
Any idea whether a dealership can look up this info from another dealership? Tempted to ask the new dealership I’m in talks with to look up the details of the one I already have reserved. But don’t want to sound like an idiot by asking
