Anyone tow HEAVY with a Yukon XL Denali?
I think the answer is in your comment that you do not need lectures. It can be very dangerous going over the rating while opening yourself to lawsuits. I am not sure if i missed it but are needing more seats than your Duramax offers or what is your reasoning for wanting to move to the Denali?- yates ™

He seems happy with a decade old vehicle and it does not bother him if it is older. Nothing in anything he has said is that he wants a new again. Maybe his wife needs a vehicle and is happy with his 16 and he doesn't have the money for two new/er vehicles, maybe he has the money for multiple...- yates ™

No where did he say this. He said he wanted a 12 year old vehicle because he is happier with his 17 year old sameish vehicle. Nothing wrong with this, I was looking for a 05/06 crew cab GM when I bought my 19 because I had one and liked it but the pricing didn't make any sense to buy an older...- yates ™

Maybe you're not getting full power unless the lights complete a circuit. i would try to wire temporarily wire your stereo directly to a battery and see if it plays the same with the different scenarios. Did you run new wiring to the speakers or use existing? The camper could have an amp some...- yates ™
