    Yeah I use the overhead switch a lot while sitting in it while running to open/close the liftgate. Like when picking up groceries or something and they bring it out to your vehicle.

    Keep them waxed. Get a wax that has UV blockers/protection and wax them ever couple months to help keep the clear coat from wearing off.

    Did you just replace the gears? My passenger side motor went out about 2 years ago and I just swapped the motor housing out with a new one. I still have the old one sitting on a shelf. I thought about disassembling it and fixing it and either keeping for a spare or selling.
