    Got the intake off and valley cover off. I will put on a new valley cover and new pressure sender, and will clean the intake manifold inside and out before reinstalling.

    Got the pulley and cover off. Changed the o-ring and added a 2nd bolt waitin on parts and have a lot of cleaning to do.

    All 8 were like this. It didn't have a miss, and it wasn't throwing any codes or CEL.

    Changed out the 5+ yr young o-ring while I'm in there. It was still soft and pliable, but losing its round cross section shape. Installed a Mahle # B32790. Pickup screen was/is clean.

    I'm keeping the ole Bosch pump I pulled out for a spare. I still haven't figured out the wonky fuel gauge. I'm not to worried about it since the DIC has a fuel totalizer.

    T4? T5? or T6? 15w40 is not a good viscosity for winter. If there ie a 5w40 or 0w40? this would be better viscosity for winter time.

    @lspann3525 Pay to have a GOOD machine shop polish the crank. They should start at the bad area(s) ti see if it polishes out.
