Made some progress with the pipe bender. I selected a 1 5/8" 16 gauge steel. This is easy to crush when bending it so you have to take your time and bend some, then move down the pipe and bend some more. That's why the bends look more rounded. Im actually on a small layoff from work which is why im getting stuff done. Ive started on the tubular front end, basically disassembled everything from the turbo forward and chopped two feet off the front of the car. Fuse Box Relocate. First let me say I have 3 afternoons tied up in this. It was not difficult but slow. Removed the mismatched coolers and added a second matching cooler, all new brackets, and got lucky and only had to modify one AN line even though i changed their orientation. Getting closer. Added some cross bracing and its off to the powder coat shop.- 01ssreda4

New toy: Took my 6x6 plates and drilled holes: Needed about 45" of pipe. The old driver door bar needed just a little trimmed off. Plan to add some gussets and do powder coat this week coming up. Test fit....- 01ssreda4

Im picky about what parts i buy that are cheap. Just put an alternator on my DD Honda, went $80 ebay chinese, works fine. No big deal if it goes out and I dont pay labor to swap it. Transmission shifting hard
Load determines shift firmness, MAF determines load. If the trans is being commanded to shift firm, the MAF is the likely culprit. A scan tool will help determine this.- 01ssreda4

Budget Autoride Delete - Need Towing Ability - Maybe lowered?

Fuel Trims Crazy???
Quickly looking at it, trims seem normal at idle, upon light acceleration they go pretty negative meaning you are running rich so its pulling fuel. Something else seems off.- 01ssreda4
