Intercooler showed up and I had to do a quick mockup just for fun. Brackets fit nice. The pic above with the turbo mounted.....it was just barely bolted on. Here's why. Coolant leak at rear of engine

Abs module
No, ABS looks for all wheels to be spinning the same speed, it doesnt know or care what size they are. Your tire size is important for your speedometer, but thats in the engine PCM and it completely separate.- 01ssreda4

Anyone add washers between flexplate and torque converter?
Yes you can do it, ive done it multiple times. If its being a real pain I will add a touch of black silicone to make the one side sticky to hold onto the flexplate while i get it in position.- 01ssreda4

Dont you have a home to go to little ******.....guess he likes hanging around race cars. Swapped the trans AN fittings to 90 bends, and got under the car and attached the lines. Driver bucket I finished off with 22G sheetmetal. I painted the bottom black and sides red to make it appear somewhat factory. 16g center panel, 2.5 tubes of seam sealer, and yes it is strong enough for me to stand on it. Lots of shadetree mechanics do it that way. I dont...i would if i was in a bind but then again Ive built 20 to 30 rear ends so I know what Im doing and what to look/feel for. Yukon Down, AWD delete, headers, converter etc...
Funny these bearings look basically identical to the hubs on our Durango. Yep they are splined all the way through and its a 2wd, and they are OEM.....meaning 2wd and 4wd ARE interchangeable in that model.
