Just to be clear, I am NOT running regular unleaded gas in my Yukon, currently. When gas prices were at an all-time high earlier this year, I switched to the mid-grade gas for a brief period of time. During that time, which was for about a month, I did not hear any significant changes in...
To that, I would say no. There was no significant difference in noise, that would cause for alarm. Is there noise coming from the engine bay, yes, but as you'd expect for a 22' vehicle with close to 60k miles on it, that's the kind of wear and tear you'd expect to happen.
Hope that answers your...
yo' momma..... Just kidding, my friend. Not sure what kind of answer I'm supposed to give you on that one, seeing as some electronic tools are meant to visualize or audibly provide readouts.
Both methods were used during different times of the day, and under different driving, idling, and temperature conditions. You can also use a decibel tool too.
Ever since I moved 10 months ago, I've been using a midgrade gas for my 22' AT4. I had been using the premium grade since I got it back in March of 22', but when gas prices started to climb last year and I moved much further from work, I made the switch. So far, I haven't experienced any...
I don't need them at this point, so I'll most likely sell them. I have 5 total... 6 tires, if you count the one Gladiator X-Comp I bought for test fitting. It looks great, but after the wheel fell off the back of my lift gate, it immediately deflated as soon as it hit the ground face first. Mind...
I actually have a set of the Trail Blades in my garage that originally came with my rims when I bought the set. Two things: Unfortunately, the rubber is not soft enough to stretch out over the width of the 24x14 rim (33x13.50r24). And for some reason, they're not a true 24 inch tire, because my...
I went with the 35's back in May, and I have to say that I'm not happy with the rubbing. I'm as far back as the frame (behind the wheel), and I still get some rubbing back there on the power running board LED clip. I'll have to make some modifications so that it clears the tire, but it's a pain...
If the resale value of that 2020 is not an issue, then I say go for it.
I know you're up there in age with health issues, but would you consider a 2021 model versus a 2020 model? No doubt you'll encounter a few interior and exterior upgrades and creature comforts the previous generation model...
I knew I didn't want the headaches of parking an XL Yukon/Suburban, so I opted for the regular size Yukon...
Glad you had a great experience with your rental.
I also factored that into my decision, because I also work in a hospital... But outside of that, there's public parking to deal with when trying to park anywhere. I guess you can kind of get away with using charging spots if they're wide enough, but most of those are average-sized parking spaces.
Probably would have ordered a Cyber truck or a new Hummer pickup truck if my AT4 Yukon wasn't available back then. But honestly, I have no regret. I love my Yukon.
Did more fine tuning of the plastic liner under the bumper in the front of the tire for the minor rubbing I've been experiencing in full turns. I also pushed back the felt liner and secured it with zip ties. It came out looking great. Almost looks stock. My metal shears were the MVP for the job.
Very Immature. I think this response is overkill. But in our country they say that all ****** hate different tastes and color. The main thing is that the owner should ignore comments like this.
Just finished up with the fender mods and it wasn't as laborious as I thought. All it took was some metal pruning shears and a mallet. There'll be some minor rubbing on the power running board, but it doesn't interfere with the turning at all. Nor do I think it'll cause any loud rubbing noise...
Went to get some tires today, so I brought my spare rim with the Gladiator X-Comp (35×12.50r24) to test fit it for clearance. It looks amazing, but I'd have to do some minor adjustments for clearance behind the wheel. As you can see in the picture, it does rub but that's only when I make an...
