    My RX did that, remote start would turn off when you open the door. I never understood it. The Yukon will keep running the heat at full tilt until I press the start button, which is great to keep the little bugger warm after I buckle him into his car seat.

    Well she fit. Got up to 19.4 mpg on a short trip to Costco. Only broke two clips, and the '23 doesn't have the extra support arm to remove. It does sound way louder when you get on the gas, even my wife noticed.

    I like that it's a closed box setup, rather than just a partition one. It's my first experience with replacing stock intakes so I didn't have any points of reference to use. Install looks easy enough and the materials seem to be of good quality. I'll take pictures for my IG account when I put it...

    Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my Yukon, but there are just little things on it that I wouldn't have expected for it's tier and price. One example is the door handles. My 2016 RX had the sensors for unlock and the Yukon has a button to push, just feels like a cheap-o solution.

    All of the trim seems to be the same as a base Suburban other than the seats and "wood" panel pieces. The buttons on the infotainment and client panels are also entry level. Aside from the Seats and technology, it feels like a base model appearance package.

    I have 1500 miles on my '23 with Super Cruise. I'm already planning to trade it in for whatever gets Ultra cruise first, either another Yukon, or Escalade. I feel like for six figures, the rear 2/3rds of the truck just aren't high enough quality.

    Well the Dealer messaged me yesterday saying my original order is in! It's a shorty without super cruise, in Titanium Rush Metallic. I don't know if the dollars are going to make sense trying to trade in this barely used XL but I'll at least go have a look this weekend.

    Try making a shallow kick right under the bumper and backing away. I was kicking too deep an standing next to the door, which would have hit me if it opened. I think the truck waits to make sure you're clear of the tailgate before opening it.

    Has anyone else been unimpressed with the "wood" panel covering the cupholders and phone bay? Seems like paper thin veneer and will probably blister and rip the first time it gets touched by moisture.

    Is there a way to keep my 2023 in Sport drive mode?

    I don't believe so. Settings like this, auto-start-stop, fog lamps all need to be enabled/disabled each time the truck is started. The only annoyance I was able to turn off was the buckle to drive, in the vehicle settings. I was actually surprised at how little customization was available...
