Damn! That’s exactly what I ordered (for the front row anyway). Thanks! Yeah, if you happen to find that thread I’d love to see it.

Fair enough. My wife is from Asia—I wouldn’t really care if they were made in China, as long as the quality meets my standard. If they’re being dishonest though, that does bother me. I’ll keep your recommendation for Richmond in mind in the future. Thanks for the info.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Great info, thanks! I’ve been too afraid to put any decent electronics inside my truck for fear of break-ins. I think going all out on a security system may quell my fear.

Brett quoted me 9 hours at $100 per hour labor to install the lift, but that includes all the trimming I’m going to need for these 33x12.5 tires and -44 offset wheels. I told him I don’t want it to rub at all. The price was a little steep, but worth it to me if the work is quality. I’ll let you...

Looks like the cushion foam is asymmetrical (see pic). I'd say the passenger side is probably the same as the driver's side, just reversed.

What kind of alarm do you have? Do you have a mobile alert device? I'm really nervous about wheel/vehicle theft and break-ins. Thinking about getting an alarm with tilt and glass sensors but have heard a lot of bad reviews about the mobile alert devices.

Yep. Ordered lower covers, upper covers, armrest covers and lower cushions for both sides. Everything except upper cushions and headrest covers. TheSeatShop.com has upper covers, lower covers, arm rest covers and the driver's side seat cushion. Oddly, I could not find any seat shop who had the...

The driver's side seat cover is pretty rough. Passenger side isn't too bad (see pics), but I'm replacing both because 1) the lack of symmetry of a new one only on one side would drive me crazy (especially if the color match isn't perfect) and 2) I'd feel bad sitting on a plush new seat while my...

Put in my new Weathertech mats. They're OK–they don't really lie flat. The front mats aren't too bad but the second row mat may be a problem (see pics). I'm a little disappointed. For over $300 I expect them to be pretty stellar. I would have preferred Husky Liners, but they don't make X-ACT...

I bought an '02 5.3 LT 4x4 Tahoe about a week ago for $2,900. Here's my intro thread with pics of the truck as I bought it. Spent over two hours today with Brett at The Custom Shop in Queens. We ordered: 20x12 -44 MotoMetal 988 wheels 33x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires 4.5" BDS suspension lift...

What's up girls and boys? I just moved back to Brooklyn, NY from four years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Had a 2004 Range Rover out there and loved it, but it wasn't reliable at all and expensive as f*$% to fix. I've been a Tahoe fan for a while, and although I love how the NNBS looks, I...
