Recurring bank 1 O2 sensor code

Just to make sure. B1S1 is on the DRIVER side, right?

Recurring bank 1 O2 sensor code

OK, codes are P0030 and P0135. Both B1S1 I ran live diagnostics several times and every time every O2 sensor checks out. So it's not sensor. Something else. I know for granted that I have exhaust leak from the bank 1 exhaust manifold gasket. I did Chris Fix's trick with shop vac pumping air...

Recurring bank 1 O2 sensor code

But I had it scanned and this is what O2 shows. Actually, I scanned all 4 of them, they all show same. So I figure, it's not sensor

Recurring bank 1 O2 sensor code

About a month or bit more, my Tahoe threw MIL and pointed towards bank 1 sensor 1 low. I erased code, it came back about 2 weeks later. Bought and installed Denso O2 sensor. Installed good, even little green tab locked in place. Did this 2 week back Saturday. Same code popped again today...

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

Force balancing fixed it. Thank you everyone for input. Pretty sure, it was that one wheel with no weights on it.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

That's why I don't do rim weights. They don't stay on alloys. Stick on only.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

Well, at least I'll try. Hate if it's tire, only few thousand miles on them.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

Scheduled for force balance Saturday. I'll update.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

Nope. Tires were installed around late fall last year. Weekly commute is about 300 miles. Shake was going on for about 3 mths...if I recall correct. I DO NOT DO Fixflat. I use it ONLY on my lawnmower.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

NO means none. I do not do rim weights, they fall off, I do sticky only. Rim is BARE. Not a single weight. Peculiarly, there is no balance type shake at FWY speeds. Only at cold take off, starts about 1000 ft from home at arterial speed, for about quarter mile, then goes away. The colder outside...

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

All stock, even hubcaps. Though, I do have a rear tire that has NO weights on it. Found that only like 2 weeks ago, by accident. Unfortunately, with my work schedule, I can force balance tires only Saturday am, so it's a bit in suspense till then.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

It lasts only about 15 seconds at 40. That's what beat me. And after work drove like butter. It's only in the morning and only when cold.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

    Yes, of course. Ass shakes.

You mean - the differential side u joint? Zero noises.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

Thank you I'll move tire. It does kinda feel like bump in tire that goes away as tire warms up. I had cheap shock once that did similar.

    SOLVED Odd shaking initial drive

07 Tahoe LT Developed weird shake in the morning. After I start and take off, drives fine until I reach arterial, which is about thousand feet away. On arterial, it has strong shake for about quarter mile. My entire left leg and buttock shakes vigorously up down. After quarter mile, shake...

    License plate lights cover clips

I came back home 2 days ago and that cover was hanging down across the tailgate on one R side clip What I found is that the very left side clip is broken. Tailgate itself has several, 4 or so, white plastic square "pegs" across the length of the cover, what I presume, must have been more clips...

    07 Tahoe rough 2>3 shift

Excellent response, thank you. Nah, 1>2 is not that bad, I just notice it. I'll live with it. I can go as far as dropping pan and replacing solenoid but dropping valve body etc... naahhh... Above my paygrade. OK, I got my answer. It's not that bad, FWY goes nice and smooth, traffic shifts are...

    07 Tahoe rough 2>3 shift

My trannie always runs at 125 or so. Rad has ATF cooler. And display shows temp. I don't overheat and tow. Single guy use mostly

    07 Tahoe rough 2>3 shift

Well, 1>2 is not butter smooth either, it's just less jerky. OK, so is it just crappy design and drive it as is until it poops or? When I had 99 Silverado, proverb about it was "It's a clunker, you can hear coming several blocks away, but it will be clunking like this for 300 000 miles".

How would I know? 4 speed with overdrive, all I know so far.

    07 Tahoe rough 2>3 shift

07 Tahoe LT 4WD Transmission was rebuilt about 2 yrs ago. Everything is OK, I just can't get over rough 2>3 shift. Just rough. There is no transmission codes, I have capable scanner. Jerks or clunks. It's rather smooth, when it's really cold and ATF is more viscous, as the result. Then it goes...

07 Tahoe/Oil leak in the front

It's really not that bad. I posted yesterday a basic write up here on how to. YT videos for some reason tell you to lift the vehicle up, disconnect harness braid from the crossmember, remove airbox, remove radiator plastic cover, remove front pass wheel and tirewell cover to get to the lower rad...
