@steiny93 it depends on your setup. I think you can easily fit 33x10.5 tires on factory wheels and factory suspension.
But if you get wider tires like 33x11/12 you’ll rub on the control arms and then you need offset wheels for clearance.
Once you do that you’ll start rubbing on the fenders...
@blackelky According to this post the 81071 are standard height and the 81069 are factory lifted like the z71

@12YukonSLT Everything looks correct to me, the heads of the bolts live on the inside and the long part of the cam is supposed to pointing upward.
Just like this one from a random picture I found online
@dictum I don't think there is a separate gearbox on these, I believe the gearbox is integrated into the rack and pinion.
It should be easy to see where the slack is coming from as the steering shaft enters the rack and pinion
@Kedo There are many parts to the AFM system that could contribute to these problems so most people recommend just getting rid of it, if you've done all this work without replacing the VLOM that could be your problem but at this point I would go for an AFM delete and just install standard cam...
@steve45 Holding the throttle to the floor on this platform disables the spark plugs and fuel injectors allowing the starter to turn the motor indefinitely without ignition occurring.
Whenever I jump start a car I've always done it with the "rescue" vehicle running, I've never encountered...
@EddieC Depending on how big my tin foil hat is I could say that Interstate Battery is paying GM big bucks to make sure we need to buy a new battery as often as possible
Hey guys I have a 94 K1500 that has an even coat of light surface rust on the frame, I am wondering if there is a product out there that I can just spray onto the frame that will help protect it that doesn't require much prep. This is my 3rd vehicle and I don't want to spend time prepping the...
@Dave09 Get the 41-162 they are the new part number for 41-110, I've heard most of the 41-110 you find on the market are not legit.

I had the battery tested and they said everything looked good but the battery “needs to be charged a little bit”. Which is what they said last time I had the battery tested about a year ago so not sure what to do about that. My commute is 20 minutes five days a week so that should be giving it...
@Carlope I wouldn't consider this a problem as much as a direct result of a modification. People cut the droop stop off all the time, just like people trim their fender liners to prevent their larger tires from rubbing.
Mine has been cut for a long time and I have no problems on or off road
@iamdub Ill keep you posted if the button continues to change depending on the batch of E85 they are selling, that’s pretty cool they did that if that’s the case
