    Had a horn die on the suburban few weeks back. Finally got around to replace it and I wanted to do something different so I installed a set from a 52 chevy that was left over from another project. Which are also Loud haha

    Actually ive got 2 questions lol. im going with a nv3500 and im ordering flywheel,clutch,slave cylinder all for an 06 4.8L because i know the flywheel takes up the .400 difference so i dont have to run a spacer and what i cant get an answer on is does the slave need a spacer behind with that...

    Im sorry i know this is an old post but was looking for a certain pic and ran across your question on how it sits. Yes its lowered with DJM 3/5 kit and the tire size is 265/65 r18 slightly rubs inner fender on hard bumps and i can get pics of wheel in wheel well tomorrow

    Correct I unbolted bumper put cat eye clip on then bolted stock bumper right back. Never even took the end brackets loose from the frame. The cat eye front is longer and takes up the extra room. And as soon as I finish the plastic welding I'll pull the top off body work it, paint it then pop it...

    All that is. Is the stock bumper like 99-02 truck or stock 00-06 SUV bumper and brackets and all I did was cut, graph and plastic weld the cat eye bumper topper to the stock suburban one. I don't have pics of cutting that up. I'm taking more pics it's not finished yet with rain and cooler...

    Dang nobody dropped burbs or xl's in last 2 yrs DJM 3/5 and before my cat eye swap 265/65 18 Rear has settled some after pulling a few cars behind it haha
