That's exactly what I thought. Minor trimming = plastic lol Major trimming = cutting bumper and other body parts lol -
What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Unless you are completely sold on the smoked lens, I would certainly swap to black housing clear lens. In my signature there is a link to my quad build thread. Check it out. Keep in mind once you have the headlights apart, you can paint them any color you want, so your not just limited to black... -

What housings are you using to retrofit. Aldo Might I recommend that you do black housings with clear lens vs smoked lens. The smoked lens is gonna kill your light output. Also I would use 2 different projectors. That way one can compliment the other. Also quad minis is gonna have a TON of... -

Those would probably still be better than smoked lens's. Only good way to get a black housing and have light output is a projector retrofit. -

You really can't aim them well that close. I do mine at least 25 ft away. You want the center of the step to be centered with the center of the projector from left to right. Mine are P rated and don't bulge at all where the tire meets the ground. But I also have a little less sidewall than you. Mainly if you tow alot or weigh the cargo area down alot LT is better. I tow several times a year but I stay within the weight capacity of my tires. -

Stock the front is a little lower than the rear. Do you have autoride or self leveling? Big difference. Yea 265/75 will fit just fine without cranking or anything. -

I think 265/75r16 is the factory size. Had yours been dropped? I have 275/65 r18 on mine with no rubbing. I think you can go up to a 275/75 or 285/75 with 16" wheel -
