    The horn does honk from the steering wheel, just not from locking with the remote, not sure if the wire you shown is just for the alarm or everything associated with the horn.

    My point was if a resonator box increased performance then you would see it being used in NHRA, these are all internal combustion engines looking to put air and fuel in a cylinder, give it a little squish then lighting it off.

    What certainly looks like a button, does not push in or out and the little rectangle that usually says tow/haul is blank, the wire packet is in the glovebox though which looks to be for the trailer brake like my 02 Silverado had. I'm beginning to think this thing doesn't have the tow package...

    Yes, the local turbo buick club had many members using Red Armstrong pieces so that was my direction too, some of their cars were pretty fast, my car actually got turned into a full blown drag car, it went 10's on factory long block and ended up in the 9's with a stage ll block.
