But first check if it will clear also fan :)
I thought the old small blocks with iron heads does not have hardened valve seat.
With LPG the problematic were some heads from 2003 year with bad casting.
Mine were on LPG for 10y, so hope for no damage :(
But yeah, after tune I got almost same...
You wont see much diff, maybe more intake sound.
I run reusable due to shipping cost, 11eur WIX filter cost me with shipping and duties 42eur.
So I bought locally oiled K&N for 56eur. I replace air filter every second oil change(once per 1,5 year)
Running it for 6+ year and zero problems with...
Ingnition cables I bought Deplhi(by markingks same as OEM). Just beware there are two lenghts(round or square coils, if you unsure buy the longer).
For Air filter I would suggest some reuseable(dry AEM, Airaid, KN), it is costly, but you dont pay shipping and customs for each air filter change.
G65 is self leveling rear shock, part of ZW7 suspension I think.
And be easy on that G80 locker. Mine is long time gone in the gear heaven :)
EU models have different rear towbar, rear fog light, and front lights and seat belts with TUV approval, also 433MHz remote, exhaust tip point toward...
"maybe I can help you with shipping a part for example :)"
I take you word :D
Yes this radiator is for sure new and smaller. But ALT should be sufficient(if you dont have crazy stereo).
As for mod, if it work and does not overheat, than OK. I did similiar with heating hose for throttle body :)...
It is somehow hard and little expensive sometimes to make this "MONSTER" live in Europe, but it can be done.
If you have some QA about Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade/H2 just ask, if i can i will help in special EU things :D and also everyelse in this great forum.
This is how bigger ALT looks, it is wider...
The smaller RAD uses mount holes/points of eFans(fan shroud), and may not fit with wide between left and right radiator hoses.
But you can still use efans from Corvette or Camaro if you install 28inch RAD. Or some aftermarket like Flex a Lite etc..
Edit: I live in Slovakia(near Vienna) I will...
One fan will draw around 25-30Amp(there are two). HD fans draw around 40Amp for each.
If you have the bigger alternator(145A) you should be OK. If the smaller 105A may handle but not for long time.
Mechanical fan(viscous) is better for cooling when towing.
Efans for better AC when idling(90% of my city driving).
Efans from any 2005+ GM Truck/SUV(GMT800+900) will fit if you have 86cm(34inch) core radiator. Just need tune, and efan harness(different 00-02, and 03+).
There is good writeup...
I think your local exhaust shop(or regular auto garage mechanic with welding machine) should be able to modify stock pipes and weld just a new muffler.
I am in same boat as you, but I decided to buy whole catback(but my broken driveshaft damage quite lot of original exhaust :D ).
Also if you...
I did whole front end for two weekends. But I has still original 20years and 220 000 miles components, and also make some rust remove and painting on frame while it is apart.
If you wont have rusted knucle on LCA ball joint I would say cca 10 hours
After 3 days of hammering, finally front end apart.
Next day cut cup from suspension bumper and drill and mount bumpers from H2(right side cup is missing)
Lower ball joint and UCA bolts was a *****, but still original in 20years no one touch this, and 350 000km.
I lift it by rear axle, and let it sit on stands. So you can crawl under car. Also torque bolts with weight on axle.
With QA1 rear panhard I have issue with narrow mounting point so i have to bend out them to fit it.
