    Vibration under full throttle...

Good idea. Yeah it doesn't take much to upset it I'm sure... I'll give that a shot if nothing stands out to me today. Thanks

    Vibration under full throttle...

I normally do everything myself, but a friends shop with a lift did the replacement (he does great work so I wasn't concerned). I don't believe anything else was disconnected but can't say for sure. It can be hard to pinpoint vibrations, but it sure seems like I can feel it in the floorboards. I...

    Vibration under full throttle...

A while ago, I realized my drivers side engine mount was bad. As soon as that was replaced, I noticed an intermittent but somewhat harsh vibration when accelerating under full throttle... it did not happen before the mount was replaced. It happens every time, but it is not constant. The mount is...

Not so sure anymore- Need guidance

I liked the look of mine on the factory 20s. One of the best looking factory wheels IMO.

    Eliminating that "lean"

Mine does not lean. Not sure if it leaned before I replaced my shocks and struts.

    Guess the Drop?

I certainly do not want to pull out the struts again. I hate spring compressors... Some good news today. Did some AutoCal data logging this afternoon and sent my files over to Justin at BBP. :headbang:I've heard great things. Should be very nice with the K&N CAI and Magnaflow catback.

    Guess the Drop?

Good point. I just went out and measured the same way. Here's what I got: LF: 17 1/4" LR: 18 1/2" The right side is identical. Tony's springs are supposed to bring it down to around 17 7/8". So, in my case, it looks like the Belltech struts with a half inch spacer removed, combined with...

    Guess the Drop?

I'll definitely be doing the free travel mod. I may just replace my front inners, as they are cut up from the days of the 24s... I did some searching and found you can get new ones pretty cheap... around $35 a piece. Does anyone have experience with these and know about the quality? I see them...

    Guess the Drop?

That looks good. You might be able to do what I'm doing with the Belltech struts for the extra inch, but not sure about that year. I talked to Tony last night and this is exactly what I'll be doing. Based on ground to fender measurements, his springs should make mine sit about level without...

    Guess the Drop?

At one point I had 24s that required trimming the inner fenders. Because of this, mine front fenders are probably a little looser in some areas than they should be, and I will sometimes notice a rub under full lock in reverse... That is the only time it rubs and it shouldn't even do that...

    Guess the Drop?

It's at a 2.5/4 right now Front: 2" McGaughys drop spindles, Belltech SP struts with one 1/2" spacer removed from stock position Rear: 4" DJM drop spring, DJM end links, Belltech SP shocks, McGaughys shock extenders I am considering going with Tony's 6" drop spring and removing the bumpstop...

    Guess the Drop?

Yes. I am thinking that there definitely could be differences from brand to brand as to what certain drops really mean... a 3 or 4 or 5" claim may give different results depending on the brand. I don't want my actual specs influencing anyone's thought, but I'll post them up here in a bit. If...

    Guess the Drop?

Thanks. I'll hold off on suspension specifics for a little while. I'd to see some more guesses based on the photos alone. I'm on new Nitto420s 285/45r22. And...both really, but I definitely want to shorten the gap in the rear. I may bring the front down another 1/2", MAYBE 1" but that would be...

    Guess the Drop?

I know how much I'm supposed to be lowered, but I'd like to see your opinions. The reason being... my numbers don't seem to match other trucks I'm seeing on here. I'm looking to drop it a little more, so I want to be sure I'm getting the right parts. Thanks

I checked out your thread! That thing is awesome very nice job :headbang:I'll need to read it in detail. It took quite some time to get to this point, so progress will be slow. I'm also working on an old truck that takes priority right now... Appearance wise, it's about where I want it to be...
