What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Got a question for you guys, my friend is doing my rear main on my truck at his shop and wondering what else I should get done while he’s in there? I have a few things in my cart on amazon; felpro- oil pan gasket, rear main seal set and timing cover set plus crankshaft housing cover. Anything else?

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Haven’t been on here as much and just wanted to add something. I was in Florida and got back yesterday morning. Drove from NY -Florida and back 2600 miles and averaged between 15&17 mpg on each tank. I did an oil change, air filter, fuel filter cleaned the maf and throttle body. Great time with...

    00-02 to 03-06 seat swap???

The airbag plug is the same. I swapped my 02 Denali seats for esky seats from an 04 and the only thing I was able to use was the power and ground to have the move, only downfall is that memory and heat is lost.

    Loose Steering-chasing my tail....

My play was because of shot ball joints on the uca and a cracked idler arm bracket. I pretty much changed everything you did including the front uca and it rides great now. Good luck

Is Moog the only way to go for front end replacement?

From what I've read in other posts either the moog pitman or idler arm dont work for ours or something like that? Someone please chime in, im looking to replace them,I think it has something to do with the fitment.

What could be busted, coolant leaking out 2000 Yukon Denali

I noticed a leak and after a week of looking for it I found it was the heater hose. It was actually the plastic y that has 2 hoses, connects to the firewall and the reservoir tank to the engine. Dealer part and cost me $110.

Retrofitting DL3 (power fold, heated, turn signals) onto a 2000 truck?

Exactly what @kses123 said, and no computer programming needed. @Bigbeardenali1992 is correct I was able to do the 2003+ power fold and turn signal. If your able to find the escalade switch that makes it easier. I got mine off eBay for around $30 shipped. I had the schematic on how and where...

    My 02 Denali

I bought drop spindles I think maybe a year or so ago along with the belltech camber kit, new UCAs and tie rods looking to go maybe an inch to inch and a half lower. Front looks a bit high when it's on the 22s, on the 24s an inch I think would get rid of the gap. @Red Rocket Thanks guys it's a...

    Fosscore's 2006 Tahoe Build Thread

I haven't done the braided lines upgrade yet. I can say this though the 07+ upgrade is noticeable on stock wheels. When I did it I had my stock 17" denali wheels and the upgrade barely cleared them, I got rid of the stock spare and bought a 20" denali wheel and 22" escalade wheel. Right now I...

    Fosscore's 2006 Tahoe Build Thread

I'm kind of sick of seeing this beautiful sexy truck. It's everything I want on a truck. Color is wet, stance/wheels is where it's supposed to be, enough already and make a calendar.
