That route isn't an option. Since pre-'09 didn't come with factory hands free Bluetooth, as many have done, I swapped in a VCIM from an '09+ vehicle to add that functionality. Everything except the 60 I was able to get at my local Lowes. Lowes didn't carry the 60, unless I ordered a box of 20. My local Home Depot did have 60's, about $9/ea, definitely the most expensive of all the pieces. The other elbows were only like $3.- Hi-psi

Stock airbox, stock style filter (Purolator I think from Advance Auto), stock inner fender (no cutting to open it up). Only thing I changed was the tube from the throttle body to the MAF sensor. Yes, the system does need to be pressurized a little when introducing the smoke. Nothing crazy, only like 15-20 psi at most.
