Too late to edit my first post so the update was I added 134 and now it's nice and cool.
Guess I've leaked out enough coolant over the 15 year life of the Tahoe to need more.
Going to bump this back up.
Does anyone have a master list of what actuator goes where? From what i can find there are several actuators for the front and rear. I believe my front temp control actuator is bad, but I don't want to order the wrong one and waist too much money. Curious if anyone...

Mileage is just fine. Mine has 165 and is doing just fine.
Dependent on where you live that price may be a bit up there.
Does seem slim they both went out.
My rear one needs replacing. I think it fell off track and the wire began to eat the plastic so the bottom of my door has plastic all in it. Don't ever have passengers so not too high on my list. Glad you got yours working again though.
Not sure how good these look or if they even work, just found them searching around. Could go that route.
From what it sounds this is just a work truck for you. Maybe just cut the areas out and spray on some bed liner with it left open to keep it from further rusting.
Side steps could work if...
If it was me I'd just dump the exhaust right after the muffler and not worry about a decorative tip. Otherwise you may have to just modify the exhaust hanger and move it up so it's closer to the bumper.
You could also exhaust it just in front of the rear tire. I've seen some that way.
That will...
Bump for someone with better knowledge than me.
My guess is to check the regulator inside the door. Take one out and put 12V to it and see if it moves. That's where I would start if it was me. Odds of both of those failing seems slim, but it's a start.
So I tried the HVAC control reset with removing the fuse and all that and it did nothing. I do get colder air in the rear now, but not cold. Front air is still coming out at about 80 degrees on driver and passenger side.
There are way too many blend doors, but I'm wondering if I found the right...
Pressure is 43 with the AC on at the low side.
The gauge showed 100 F with the compressor running. Outside temp was around 95.
The low side line is cold to touch and the high side was hot to the touch so I would guess the compressor is circulating the refrigerant.
So I went out and bought one of the cheap little ac recharge cans with a gauge and I put a little bit into the system. The gauge shows the system to have 43 psi on the low so that's good.
I checked the air inside and it's coming out about 100 degrees full blast. I noticed the clutch is engaged...
As of a few days my cold air is done for.
When the AC is on every five or so seconds I hear a hiss near passenger floorboard as well as a grinding noise outside. Both noises happen at the same time.
I'm not sure that it's the actuator inside as I never change the temp from what it is set to...
Rear window refused to roll up. Had to take apart the door and push it back up until an assembly gets here to replace. When going down I can hear it eating plastic. Sure enough there plastic on the bottom of the door. Guess the 15 year old motor got hungry.
I really like the idea of this. Might be worth looking into if I start saving now.
Really don't see why they put a cheap looking Tahoe/Burb onto an even cheaper looking backdrop? Why not just stick it on a white background.
I believe there is a small vent just above the carpet. I know my 2015 has a small vent, about five inches in length, that just sticks out of the carpet right at the center of the front seat. Maybe look around there with a flashlight.
Never knew those were so expensive. Really hope mine isn't bad. My heat only works when set to 90. Fortunately I'm in Texas so it's never really that cold here.
They are everywhere.
