    So after doing a 3/4" Belltech drop kit I had the truck aligned. Even with the 2* camber bushings pressed into the UCAs, I can't get any better than -1.5* of camber (on each side). That's not even in the normal range. On top of that the caster is WAY off, like 7*, but I don't care about that...

    My DIC shows 14.4mpg. That is also what Fuelly shows is the avg for an 07 Hoe. My 22” wheels probably don’t help either.

    I agree with the other guys. 80k is nothing, lots of life left. If you're itching for a new truck then go ahead and scratch that, but if you are happy with what you have then keep it.

    Mine did exactly what you're describing. When I replaced the motor everything worked perfectly. Pretty easy fix actually.

    :confused: Looks perfect to me. Is that a 3/4” drop? Instead of measuring fender height I measure running board height. I think it’s less arbitrary since it’s not an arch.

    The Tahoe smells strongly of gas inside when I remote start her. The smell is so strong it makes me worry when I put my kids inside. The fuel pump is newer. Could this be from broken exhaust manifold bolts?

    When lowering a Tahoe/Yuk/Escalade, this gives the rear suspension more travel. It makes the truck "ride nicely" instead of stiff. My rear is dropped 4" so even adding 2" of travel is fantastic.

    Good looking out! I could see how that bolt could be an issue, but I have the fender liner in between mine and the tire and it's not even scuffed. Maybe after my alignment today the noises will improve (some of them are from up front).

    I have this too. I think it is a "flex point" related to the handle reinforcement. Compared to a real dent its not very deep so it doesnt bother me.

    It's going to be a brand new truck when you're done! $5k is a definitely a fair deal for a good repaint job. Just the sheer size of the truck probably required twice the material costs of a sportscar.
