Too high pitched to be fuel pump imo sounds more like tinnitus ringing in your ear, and no it doesn’t change pitch- Blackz28ss

Please help me figure out what this noise is driving me crazy, don’t hear it coming from engine bay only hear it on driver side rear under the vehicle- Blackz28ss
