    I think the 10 spd only comes with the 6.2. Is it possible the worn tires on your 2017 cause more road noise so with the quieter 2020 also rides smoother? 14k isn't a lot of miles but I would think tire wear is the most likely reason.

    I think the thing that bothers me most here, is the fact I could have gotten the kit for $200 less on Amazon. But, I went to the source which cost me more in price and shipping along with a 7 day delivery. I would expect returns to be inspected and something like this not to be resold as new.

    That appears to be the case. The galling in the lower ball joint mount on the drivers side knuckle looks like it was installed on something.
