    I see that as a good thing,.... just about every Autoride system I know of has either been replaced or deleted. Z71 got the slightly longer/heavier rear coil springs.

    Ok so since I got my Z71 leveled at 39" in all 4 corners,...id like to get the rear up one more inch. I was going to do Air-lift 1000 bags in rear coils,.. then ad Bilstein 5100's all the way around. But would it make any sense to x the air-lift bags and do 5100's up front and Monroe load...

    By the way, the example shown in your vid is a +18 offset,... mine is a 0 offset....which I expected to be set back a bit closer to center of rim. On a side note; Ive seen this guy Shawn do a couple Norcal Mods,..and I wouldnt let him NEAR my trucks. lol.

    Where the wheel bolts to the hub is built up by almost 3",...get my point yet,... so the (0) offset is true in relationship to the hub being centered in the rim,... but the spokes are now offset by 3" due to the mating surface being built up.

    If you look at the photo i posted of the back of the wheel,..theres all kinds of lip on the back,.. They pushed the spokes outward and added 3" in the back of the hub. My guess is its that the manufacture cheapa out bc less chrome finish on the outside.

    I think you're missing the point,..zero offset means just that,.. The spokes should be at or near center of rrim,..old school thinking.

    In the 1st photo the spokes appear to be at, or close to center of rim,... if you look at the wheels I received there about a 5.5" lip on the back side and 1.5" on the front. Im not bitching just expressing my thoughts and expectations. Im pretty happy with the wheels over all so they'll stay.

    If the wheel is 8.5" wide and is advertised as (0) offset,.. allowing 1" for the spokes, then one would expect aprox 3.5" of lip on the outside,...but in this case as you can see by my photo, they built the back of the hub up almost 3" and that sent the spokes out and lost the lip.

    If the wheel is advertised as (0) offset, one would think that the spokes would be centered,...but instead they built up the back of the wheel about 3"

    Actually, if you go back and look at the first pic I posted, the wheels showed a decent lip, the spokes where basically centered in the wheel,...but when the wheel arrived the spokes were actually negative offset and the back where it mates to hub was built up about 3" (see photo of actual back...

    Pictures as promised,...tires measure 34x12, 2.5" lift key in front, stock Z71 springs in rear,... had some minor trimming on drivers side front inner fender plastic, trimmed about an inch off the front where it meets the windshield washer reservoir, and a heat gun to the rear of the ds front...

    Yes that assumption would be correct,... Im 58 yrs old and have owned numerous vehicles in all makes and models, so many I couldnt begin to count or remember them all, bought and sold vehicles my entire life and in just about every case made money on each one by fixing them up...... my favorites...
