    One little note to anyone who is going to ad the chrome edging; Move the face/overlay about 1/8th of an inch down on the cluster, just oval the locating taps on the top edge to allow the overlay to drop 1/8th inch.     I got my 04 Z71 for $3800,...had 132k when I bought it,... VERY clean, needed nothing but a new driver,.. Ive since added 1500 in wheels and tires,..previous owner ran all synthetics since new...and took extremely good care of it.

    I liked Ladorn45's idea and I like how its coming out,...the chrome does take away from the degree hatch lines a little but should reflect the light nicely at night,..so im ok w/it. more to follow.....

    Ah,! that a good idea may go like 220* and stop it,..and that would solve the problem on the others that are NOT complete circles! I'll try ending the chrome aprox where I penciled in the blue lines and see how that looks.

    Can I do an Ohms test on the seat elements to check for continuity,..will that at least tell me if the problem is in the seat element.

    Agreed,.. Shop screwed up,..id take it somewhere else and get it done correctly,.. Then take THAT reciept and results back to the first shop and demand a refund.
