Ok, good enough. btw, 4000 watts does not equate to 400amps...simple math says 285 amps at 14 volts. all good. batteries are probably getting weak and cant keep up anymore. its a mechman 300 btw.- Z28TWITCH

Computer regulates alternator?
Bringing my tahoe back to life and I was wondering, does the 2001 use a pcm control for the alternator? I cant seem to find an answer on whether or not my 300 amp alternator is putting out full power because of this. Im running 3k for the subs and 1k for mids and highs...I get some bad voltage...- Z28TWITCH

Can i install a factory subwoofer if my 05 yukon dont have one?

new radio wont mess with anti theft. dash can hold a double din, need to clearance the panel though. tons of info on the net for it. as far as the factory amp. by the bypass harness from metra and let the new head unit do all the work. bypassing the rear controls is easy. just remove the rear...- Z28TWITCH

trans temp air core motor
01 tahoe. did a 2500 cluster swap and program about 2 years ago. long story short, cluster came out for new needles and leds...air core motors got thrown out...(long story). any rate, does anybody know what letter motor is used for trans temp? i know "s" is for speedo and tach, "c" is fuel, "v"...- Z28TWITCH
