Depends on your budget. New is always better but of course more expensive! If your on a budget find a dealer demo which usually always have 4-6k miles. I bought a demo in November 2017 which was sold as new because it was never registered. I got it for less then a base Denali!
Search every...
Definitely odd! My 07 Denali with over 100k was much faster then my 10 Escalade with 66k miles. I then added an intake and BB tune and still my Denali was faster! Sad....
Another major difference (not certain if it was already mentioned) is an actual transfer case which is a huge improvement for off road and deep snow. The AWD in the 07 to early 2015's is absolutely horrendous. Works ok in a few inches a snow but there is nothing like 4wd or 4lo!
Every so often when I cut the wheel hard while parking I hear this horrible clunking sound which sounds like its coming from the front end. Happens every so often and when I try to replicate it to narrow it down of course it doesn't happen. Any suggestions? 2017 Eacalade with 10k miles.
Fyi it's the same tranny. Believe it or not it was a collaboration between GM and Ford. I'm sure there are minor differences but its 99% identical. Buy a new Camaro or Escalade and get the same trans. Crazy, right?
I have complaint, my 2017 Escalade's remote start doesn't automatically turn on the heated seats in the winter or cooled seats in the summer. My 2010 did......
Denali all the way! IMO it looks better and past history shows the Denali has better resale. Don't get me wrong the RST is nice but imo I would jump on the Denali!
Unfortunately the ride does suck! First I had a 2000 Escalade on factory 16's, then a 2007 Denali with factory 20's, then 2010 Platinum Escalade and now a 2017 Luxury which I purchased new and let me tell you that that the 2000 had a smoother ride! Dont get me wrong, it was a POS compared to the...
Who makes R1 concepts, Hawk and EBC? Does anyone really know? I just stumbled upon R1's site where I see them selling Hawk and EBC? Is R1 an actual brand (I see they market Eline) or just a parts house? OR does R1 own all 3?
Mine went down also! Had a 2010 Escalade with 85k miles which was worth about 25k and bought a new 2017 Escalade Luxury and my premium went down like 100 bucks per 6 months! LOL
