    Leak, passenger front side

Took it apart last night. Here are the pictures. Does anyone know if this is broken or missing parts? If you look at the second picture, you see the shop manual diagram, that shows installation of the belt. There seems to be a gasket that curves up. Could not see this on this piece.

I am trying to run wire up to rear view mirror from stereo for my bluetooth mic. Could not find anything on how to remove trim at A pillar. Anyone have some suggestions or ideas? 2004 tahoe z71. Thanks.

Morons. In their defence, i watched a video on youtub that describes taking the door panel...

    Leak, passenger front side

Mmm, jfoj, I think this must be the issue. I will try to pull the door trim/panel off this week. I would really like to get this resolved because I don't want to park it in rain until i get it resolved. kind of a PITA. Can anyone tell me how to take apart the door? I don't know if anyone has...

    Adding aux-in and/or Bluetooth to 2005 Yukon?

No, it just plugs into the back of the unit. no cutting wires or nothing. I was going to do the XM harness hack, but when i saw this, for only 105 shipped, i went for it because: 1. it give me bluetooth 2. i can either stream music through bluetooth OR wired connection (no mini jack needed)...

    help! cluster going crazy!

This may be the stupidest post here... but what i did was take the cluster apart, completely, down to circuit board, then reassemble it. and it has been working fine since. But after a week, the gas gauge started acting up. but that could be a stepper motor or sending unit. Before, my gauge...

    Leak, passenger front side

Thanks for your post jfoj. But mine is really located at the door. I did a spray test. It seems to come in at bottom of the glass, at the gasket. It would mean it was getting into the door. If you look at my posted pictures, you will see. Unfortunately, been too busy with house projects to...

    Buying a totaled Tahoe

I have a better idea. Buy this truck, then buy a second that has a good body but bad interior or something like that and make one good truck and sell the rest. If you have the time, you can part out the salvage truck and take what you need. You will come out ahead, and have extra parts, or can...

    Buying a totaled Tahoe

i would look into what it takes to get rid of the salvage title. My friend bought such a truck and it was a real hassle to get the 'salvage' removed from the title. Then look at what trucks go for in your area and see if it is worth it. Your time does have value (I assume) since you could...

    Gas Guage

You may want to do a search. I have seen multiple threads on subject. But it may be your stepper motor. Hi have a drunk gas gauge. It never zeros out at same location. But it seems to work when you turn off ignition, then turn back on. gives your rough reading. I have not yet had balls to let it...

    Rhino Ramps

I have not used ramps in ages. I find it easier just to jack up vehicle, slide jack stands under, done. With big tires like that, you have greater risk of truck sliding off (tires not held securely. And If it does, jack stand would not help you one bit. But I have a flat surface to work. Little...
