    Lowering a 2002 Z66 Avalanche

So we're looking at lowering an 02 Z66 Avalanche with the auto leveling rear shocks. Not trying to slam it super low, maybe 1-2" in the front and 2-3" in the back. Any recommendations on just doing lowering keys vs spindles for the front? As well as springs for the back that will play nice with...

Front diff bearing adjuster lock ring installation

Thanks for the advice, got it all back together with a fresh seal. Getting that ring in wasn't fun. No leaks, no noises, 4wd works. Still have to do the passenger side, fingers crossed that ring isn't broken too but that's a job for another weekend.

Front diff bearing adjuster lock ring installation

I went to replace the seal on the drivers side today, and once I pulled the seal the ring behind it was broken in several pieces. I found a replacement, but I wasn't quite sure how it's supposed to be reinstalled and I can't find a single video of someone doing it. Do I just tap it in? And does...

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

I'm sure it's somewhere in the thread, but what was your solution for the axles on the 9.25 diff?

    Failed inspection today

I'll try driving it around without the range device in, we'll see if that helps. It was failing on 4 monitors but as soon as I unplugged it I only failed for 3. I'm in Tx but I don't know how many I'm allowed to fail here. Thanks guys

    Failed inspection today

Haven't done any mods, replaced the alternator a couple months ago. Drives great, no issues or lights on the dash. I use a range obd plugin but I took that off and it still failed. Any suggestions?

Want to level my '11 z71 Tahoe on 5100s

yeah same height but I was concerned about the extra width considering the stock wheel specs. But hey if that fits that would be awesome.

Want to level my '11 z71 Tahoe on 5100s

Well shoot, yeah I was wondering if a 16 would even fit after not finding any pics of a 900 on 16s. Guess that's why. Not a ton of options for cool 17x8 steelies either, probably just going to run the stock wheels. Thanks for the info, the 265/70/18 sounds like it'll fit pretty easy. I'd rather...

Want to level my '11 z71 Tahoe on 5100s

I was hoping to use the stock 18" wheels if possible. I like the look plus more $ for 5 good tires. What sort of specs should I be looking for if I decide to get new wheels? I love the classic D slot steelies, that would be really cool if I can find some 17s or maybe even 16s in the right spec...

Want to level my '11 z71 Tahoe on 5100s

What springs do I need along with the 5100s to get 2" in the front? Are UCAs a must or can I get away with stock on 2"? Also how big of a tire can I fit for actual offroad use? Probably going with 265/70R18, 275/65, or 285/65. Not sure if 32.5 is too big for a just a level.
