That -13 offset will push the tire 13mm further out from the fender then a center or 0 offset wheel. Which is about a half inch. About the 315's. The only luck you'll probably have on a 16" wheel is a 315/75R16 which is too big with no lift, its almost a 35. The tire you're looking for if you... -

285/70 for sure. I cranked mine all the way and fit 295/70's with a little trimming. Also put 1 inch blocks in the back. if you're only cranking 50% you shouldn't need blocks. Anything smaller then 285/70 and you will be disappointed in my opinion. If you are still looking for tires and want to...
