Engine Light goes on - can not go into 3rd
Friday, I started my car and the engine light came on. When I drove, I can get to about 35 MPH, but then it will not shift to the next gear (3rd?). If I step on the gas, it just revs up. Shuddering with light throttle.
Rollindeep.. did you figure out what was the cause of your shudder? I am having the same issue with my 2003 Tahoe. I had no shuddering until I got a transmission service at 120,000 miles last week.
