My interior ambient temperature (above drivers head) is missing - need pics & advice
need to replace it My system shows 131 degrees all the time and as such I only get heat if I crank the system. The GM dealership said this sensor is not there and needs to be for the system to work properly. I would do it by hand, but it's a pain having to have heat cranked or none at all...- 2004z71

My 2004 Tahoe z71 had the headliner replaced before I bought it. The boneheads put one in a headliner WITHOUT the spot for the interior ambient temp sensor for my auto HVAC above the drivers head. I assume the wires are still there, but the unit itself is missing. Any ideas on if I can just...- 2004z71
