I've heard that tinting the sunroof glass can result in it cracking... something about the glass not being able to handle the extra heat which results from tint being applied.
The post is a month old and likely would've been flagged if it was a scam :shrug: If it were me I'd create a "throw away" e-mail account for the inquiry... And if it is a scam you aren't bothered because the spam isn't cluttering your primary e-mail account. :Handshake: Looks like a good deal...
I'm not a FF however from what I've read it's a good idea to prepare for the following:
- Qualification exams (there may be mock exams offered)
- Structured Oral Interview
- CPAT
- Background investigation
Your best bet is to contact the Recruiting department so they can guide you...

If I'm not mistaken the front axle is always engaged and "turning" the yoke/shaft when the front wheels are in motion(i.e. 2WD driving), and it is the transfer case which engages/disengages power being sent to the shaft which drives that axle. If I understand correctly during your testing...

With 3.42's a (slow spinning) burnout is possible on smooth pavement, but my 2008 with 4L60 wouldn't do so until after being tuned. My 2011 with the 6L80 and 3.42's could do it stock, but has a steeper 1st gear. Either way our heavier/larger diameter wheels and tires make it even more difficult...
Typically the breather hose has extra length allowing the customer to shorten it if preferred. Can you post a picture of the piece which possibly should not be exposed?
I am no expert in this area but are those readings abnormal for the front vs. rear sensors? If they are it sounds like the cats may need to be replaced, and possibly the sensors as well. How many miles are on the odometer?
The other day I noticed that the second cigarette lighter port in a Sierra was actually the USB port. Has anyone tried converting one of the front two lighter slots to the USB port instead?
