Let me start off with say I have a 2017 Yukon 2WD non autoride. Can you all recommend a lowering kit for the rear that will leave me leveled with the front. I’ve seen lots on eBay and other places that are 2” drop kits but I’m unsure of 2 things with these kits. 1) is the brand mcgaughys...
Just checked and mine does not have air shocks..... so which kit do you offer for a 2017 Yukon to make it level or as close to level. I just don’t want the rear being lower then the front. Can you provide a link? Thanks
I would say that would be a trade down...... unless it’s a payment thing and your payment is decreasing by a good chunk then I would say do it. But other then that it’s a no go for me
Go with BORA wheel spacers. They are very very good quality and they are also wheel and hub centric. They aren’t cheap but on something like wheel spacers you don’t want to cheap out on.
I currently run BORA on my Ram and never had an issue. I been using a 1.75” spacer for about 6 months now
Thanks brotha,
The grill overlay is sweet..... I had my doubts because it was just one of this eBay things that your not sure what exactly you might get but it is actually built really well and is very secure for its just popping on but best of all it was less the $100.
I debated and debated...
Thanks man
The grand Cherokees are nice man...... especially the one I had cause it had the hemi. So In a small SUV like the Cherokee that thing moved.
This is my first time ever buying husky floor mats. But so far they are good only time will tell I guess. I didn’t get the third row. I only...
For you gurus........ how do I know if I have the auto ride shocks? I have a 2017 Yukon SLT with out tow package. Also which kit would get the rear leveled if not slightly higher in the back...... I just don’t want the front higher then the rear if you know what I mean.
I ended up going with the nittos 421q in a 285/45/22 size. I’ve always had good luck with nittos and these have a 75k warranty on them. I even run Nitto ridge grapplers on my Ram which is an awesome hybrid type tire...
So we ended up trading the wifeys Grand Cherokee for this 2017 Yukon SLT. This is a very nice SUV very happy with it so far. I’ve already some mods for the mean time, first on the list was window tint cause I can’t stand to be without it, next was getting rid of this stock 18” wheels and tires...
So have any of you actually put an LED bulb in your projector style housing and didn’t regret it? Reason I ask is because they say if you have projectors to stick with a halogen bulb or go HID. I really want LED but fear the kind of light output it will give. I didn’t want to go HID because I...
On my previous vehicles I didn’t notice a difference in ride with 20s or 22s. The wifey used to have a Ford Edge sport that came with 22s out of the factory. I personally think for the size of our suvs the 22s will look way better. Also I just bought some 22” niche with the latest nittos...
What are you all doing to solve that little back window rattle that goes off every now and then on certain roads? I bought a used 2017 Yukon and noticed this on some roads only but it’s annoying. Thanks for the ideas
I read up on the manual online but for my type fob it says to take it to dealer. Not sure why? Maybe cause it’s the keyless entry push start type??????
Just curious did you ever try to program it your self...... all I keep readying is people do it themselves based off the Suv manual. Unfortunately my used Yukon did not come with a manual either
