Same here wrt front braking and ACC, see video
Contrary to how it was advertised, the front braking does not "work" at low speeds unless ACC is active - which actually defeats the purpose of a low speed front brake
This is the best advice
IIRC drove 10-12 of them, found 2 that were acceptable, which means faint booming but absolutely no vibrations
I'm 100% convinced every single one booms, but not everyone can perceive it - and as the roof bows come unattached, the booms get worse
Not every one vibrates...
Vast majority of dealerships do this for liability reasons unless (1) you're buying your vehicle outright and (2) they have a used vehicle with the wheels you want
They don't switch them between new vehicles
In a different car
Most states are explicit about 12-14yr old before riding in the front seat
As others have written, up to OP but is far from a good idea
I'm biased, but I went to 20s plus KO2s and never looked back - the KO2s are really that much better than other AT tires unless you need more snow work
I have a set of 4 satin black OEM 20s burning a hole in my Raleigh basement with your name on them...
I suspect your roof bows came undone as you drove the car, nothing you could have predicted from the test drive
IIRC GM has "pulled" the roof fix, as it was coming undone again and think they have given up
They will likely deal with this on an individual basis until the next full redesign
Tony - still selling the front sway? I have a 16 Esky ESV with a suspensionmaxx 1.5" front level - will I need different end links to keep the bar parallel, or just this new front sway and I'm good to go?
If the only mod you have is exhaust, a canned tune will be fine ... you might get another 5-10hp via a custom, depends if that is worth it to you
I've had great luck with Andy at IPF/KPE
This is a different wheel, but if you go black, IMHO satin looks much better than matte (matte is just way too flat, looks like plastidip)
Make sure you find a good powder coat shop
You shouldn't keep it, you should flip it back to the dealer before it gets titled for another one
For most, the vibration issue is a complete B to pinpoint
A few are lucky with tires as the culprit
Most are left to deal with the vibration coming from somewhere in the chassis while GM stone...
$1,250 local pickup only in Raleigh, NC
Items for sale are exactly as pictured - 4 wheels - no lugs, TPMS or center caps
These are OEM - takeoffs from 2016 GMC Yukon - that I professionally powder coated satin black
You should independently verify fit and details below, but dealer said these...
