275/60/20 on 9.5" et30 wheels, kept me at the same exact outer position as stock wheels (I find stock to be almost perfectly flush with body and didn't want to ruin that)
I'm running KO2s and love them
I think you may rub with your rim width though not tire size
If I were you, I would be ok with that <0.5" overhang in order to get bright, correctly working lights that are plug n play installs
Especially on a black truck, hard to tell from a distance
They always say that
The GM and salesperson said that when I was test driving them only to find out later - after they forgot we talked - that they had one customer get a buyback for this issue
Any rubbing whatsoever
The guy with the silver one setup on 2.5/1.5 said he got rubbing in reverse
That prevented me from going bigger than 1.5 in the front on 275/60/20s
Looks awesome
It's just simple math
OEM 285/45/22 is a 32" setup
I used a suspension maxx 1.5" front level and now have a 33" setup with absolutely zero rub, but visually, I do not think I could have gone much bigger in the front
Every trim, every wheel size, sunroof or no sunroof has exhibited this issue across 15s and now 16s
I'd see if the dealer will let you test drive others on his lot for a swap but chances are good GM will tell you to pound sand
I have 275/60/20 but also added a suspension max 1.5 front lift. I'm almost positive I would rub in the front without the lift, visually the clearance looks to be less than 0.5" in full lock
Strange, as I don't think the Cadillac tailgate will close if it senses someone under it - I get warning blinking lights, and it waits until I move before trying again
Sad if GM really used two different systems here given the safety factor
You'll have to wait for an Apple fix unless you can go back to 9.1

Once you know what to "feel" for from the buffeting issue, you'll see it is in a lot of these GM SUVs
Every single one I've driven (now over 15 between 15s and 16s) has the buffeting booming to a varying degree
Now to OPs point, much fewer had a vibration issue, in my drives about half of them
