    Parasitic Draw

Agreed. I know the dealer will find everything OK so my plan is to delay picking it up for 3-4 days and then when it takes them 20 minutes to retrieve it from the back lot I can ask "what took so long? Battery dead?"

    Parasitic Draw

Thanks. Good info. According to the buildsheet and dealer info. it was shipped a week after build and was only on the lot for about 20 days. I was chasing a Unicorn (Summit White, tan interior and retractable running boards). A garage Queen since I brought it home. Just wrong for a $82k...

    Parasitic Draw

It has happened about 6 times which is everytime it has been parked for 2-3 days. Agreed new vehicle should not do this! Nothing left on. No kids at home:) It goes into "sleep" mode like it should and you would think that would prevent the draw-down. That's why it's so puzzling.

    Parasitic Draw

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. If the vehicle sits for more than two days, the battery is completely dead. Has happened about 6 times (only 6 times with it sitting that long). 2017 Yukon Denali XL with 5,800 miles. No aftermarket electronics or chargers plugged in...

    '17 Tahoe leveling kit

2.5/1 as in front/rear? Mine just has the 2.0 from the adjustable kit upfront and nothing on the rear. Here is another angle of it. Just under an inch of rake now.

    '17 Tahoe leveling kit

Not sure about the mileage. Dealer installed it before I picked it up, so there were only 50 miles on it when it was installed. On my '07 there was no mileage change when I added it.

    Debadging

I just used a heat gun, old hotel key and Rapid Remover adhesive remover (Goo Gone on steroids). Then buffed out with Mequires Correction Compound, polished and waxed. Replaced the Yukon XL emblem, but not sure the Denali will stay. The GMC had to go! PS Same method on the wife's black BMW...

Escalade side mirrors on a Tahoe LTZ!

Thanks. I have to take the vehicle in tomorrow and will take a look at the new escalade mirrors then. Jealous as we are still below freezing at night. Time to get the dry suits, yes dry suits, out though:)

Escalade side mirrors on a Tahoe LTZ!

So, are the Escalade mirrors much bigger (longer) than the Yukon Denali mirrors too? Almost time for summer boat towing and these new mirrors are ridiculously small. There is NO way these mirrors will show anything behind the boat without the preverbial tail wag. Thanks.

What other vehicles occupy your drive/garage?

Denali Double Vision. Out with the old in with the new!

    What kinda fuel y'all run?

Agreed. 87 might be fine when daily driving, but just add some weight on the hitch and climb a mountain or as you mentioned at WOT and my previous LQ9 would ping like crazy. Previous 6.2 ('07) was the same (even worse with the tune, but so much fun). So, nothing but 91+.

How many of you DO NOT experience buffetting and vibration problem?

Have run up to the limiter 110ish several times and no buffeting or vibration. Even with cruise set at 90mph for quite sometime, no buffeting. 2017 with 22's. Guess I got lucky.

    New Tahoe RST

That would be my guess exactly, as I would have been one of those to consider a burb with a 6.2. Like the lines on the Chevy. Audi did the same thing by eliminating AWD from the VW car line-up for that exact reason.

    2017 LS new to forum

New here too, but had the same issue. Lived with it on my '01. The step was just awkwardly placed for my height. Wanted the rigid ones to protect the body from winter cinders. My '07 came with the retractable power running boards and the placement was much better. Hence, went with them...

    2017 Tahoe vs Suburban

Yes, the film works great. I have the entire front end, 16" up the hood, mirrors, front of each fender, and the entire length of the rocker panel under the trim, door sill plates, rear bumper by tail gate. Did it to my last three the replaced as it wore and got top dollar when I sold it and it...

    22'' GMC Reps(Style 44)--What tire??

Not sure what finish you went with, but here they are in chrome and stock tires (Bridgestone Desert DueLer) un a separate set of winter wheels and tires but had these siped and went up and down the 13% driveway with snow and I fine, but not as confident as the Hakkapalittas.

    2017 Tahoe vs Suburban

As others have mentioned a lot personal preference, but does one ever regret having more room? Also, we tow quite a bit and the longer wheel base is much better for emergency stops (deer jumping in front of you at 65 with a boat out back). I have had my 2017 Yukon XL Denali for a little over...

2015 Denali - adjusting fixed cross rails to fix cargo box?

Hello, New to the forum and my first post, but have been searching for some answers to what seems to me a very, very Messed up design on the new Denali roof rails. Just upgraded my 2007 Denali XL to a 2017. All three of my previous DXL's had infinite adjustable roof rails with the sliding...
