    I noticed today that it will not do it power braking. Only after it starts to move does it pop. Almost sounds like something in the front right shock. I believe that is an air ride control if I remember correctly.

    I have to say, the turbos are easier on valve trane than NA. I was making just over 700 hp na, and when I switched to turbos, I make better than 50% more HP, and am using a much much smaller cam to do it. Heat management is pretty important when you run it wot like that for that kind of time...

    I will check that too. Anyone have an AWD that seems like it has more than it's share of driveline slack? The transfer case has a bunch. The rear seems plenty too, but not as bad as the transfer case.

    I will grease my shaft then. :) I know you can't always tell, but the noise doesn't sound like classic u joint. And by hand there isn't any play. Since the shaft will be disconnected, I can check it for feel. Thank you I will report back!

    Yes it does. About the time the truck starts to rock back, and the tires starting to turn you hear/feel it.

    2011 Yukon Denali awd From a stand still, if you accelerate moderately there will be a slight thud. I can't identify where it is coming from. I checked to see if the spare tire was loose. It wasn't. Is this anything common?

    Well and let's face it: There are a lot of winters where we only get 5 snows. It's an AWD vehicle. Just about any tire ought to get through most stuff. This year was particularly bad unfortunately. Something that handles the corners a little better would be nice.
