At this point.... with the luck you have had so far, I think I would be pricing out the entire rear ac unit. That is about the only original thing left isn't it?
Could be. When I was shopping I couldn't tell the difference. Definitely something we could figure out if we say.... had a meet? Where one guy had a Hybrid and one guy had an LTZ?
It does happen from time to time. I have always had good luck dealing with members that frequent forums. Thats why I like the rule that doesn't let new members post things for sale until they have a certain number of posts. Kind of eliminates the shady dealers if they have to actually...
I would be in too. Just depends on locations and dates. I know another Yukon owner that may be willing to drive down from Delaware. DC is good for distance, its just a nightmare to drive in DC on the weekends. Maybe a suburb of DC?
Its very easy! You use your computer to flash the tune you want to use to the Autocal, then flash the tune from the Autocal to the truck. Pretty simple. It took me longer to figure out how to get the tune to the Autocal than it did to flash the tune to the truck. The instructions are pretty...
What I notice the most is reaction time. The truck doesn't hesitate at all. It also doesn't downshift as much under very light throttle. From a standstill the old butt dyno tells me its quicker. It seemed to pull harder when I was getting on the highway. Its perfect for me. I am running the 87...
My guess is they are shooting for the best mpg's possible. And in reality, if you are pulling away slowly, 2nd gear has more than enough torque. Maybe this is just the growing pains of the 6 speed tranny?
My last 6 speed didn't have this problem..... but thats an apples to oranges kind of story.
I know pretty much what it was, it was the 6 speed. When I started rolling with 0 throttle it decided to shift to 2nd. Then I needed acceleration and it was still stuck trying to decide which gear it needed. Once its in the right gear it moved pretty well, it just seemed to take its time...
My Tahoe is still very new. I knew the day I drove it off the lot that it needed a few changes in the way it ran to be perfect. I contacted Black Bear, and purchase the Autocal. It was sent to me with all the instructions I needed to get started. I did all the logging and e-mailed everything in...
