Hey bro, long story short of the shorties is you really wont see much benefit...you should stay stock and put your money into something else, or go with long tubes. here's a recent thread with links to long tubes that are nearly as cheap as the shorties...- BOSS

Wind Noise = Driving me insane
I took the weatherstripping from a junk tahoe at a yard, cut it to fit behind the OEM a-pillar weatherstrip to give it a tighter fit. Works like a charm, no more crazy wind noise and you can't even see the extra strip behind the original. The cut piece goes from the bottom of the a-pillar, to... -

Love em, definitely woke the truck up. I redid the entire exhaust front to back and had justin tune the truck the following weekend. I went with a custom x-pipe and 2 flowmaster 40 deltas turned down just in front of the rear end. It was my favorite performance mod by far...I need to post up a...- BOSS

recommend me some Long Tube Headers
Penetrating oil really does nothing, the bolts are screwed into the block, not the manifold. You'll have much better luck wacking the hell out of the bolt head with a hammer to try and break it loose. Just don't forget to: - tape up the headers when you install them so they don't get scratched...- BOSS

Hidden Exhaust Question
I have my 2 flows turned down just below the rear seat, the angle is steep enough to keep the exhaust off the rear axle but not too steep as to lessen flow and sound. There are some shops that won't install anything that goes against state law, and some states have laws requiring rear exiting... -

2004 Yukon Rough Idle
By whom....I would do it again, it's very simple, just make sure you open the butterfly and clean around the inside as best you can with TB Cleaner How's the air filter? Cleaned the MAF sensor lately? They make a specific spray to clean that MAF sensor, I suggest taking it off the truck...- BOSS
