    Ever figure it out? My interior lights turn on with the door open, but I can turn them off when I press the button on the light itself. And I can't turn the lights on inside with the doors closed, unless I turn the dimmer knob 'on'

    Yes I connected the GM5+ to all open connectors (except the rear AV harness, never used before, don't plan on using now) and then in the Alpine radio settings I had to select factory XM tuner, and it's been working fine for a year. No extra harness connections or anything.

    It runs fine, it felt like it was a little sluggish when I was in stop and go traffic, buy that could just be cause I was in stop and go traffic. When cruising I didn't notice anything negative. I'm about to pull the cam to inspect it. Just really can't afford the downtime of a full rebuild ‍♂️

    PPV are semi-metallic which have a higher coefficient of friction vs ceramic. They may be dustier, but they do stop better

    2011 Escalade with RPM dependent knocking (video attached) - 293k, no codes, oil pressure around 30 at idle. Pulled valve covers, all the rockers move, so I don't think its a collapsed lifter, pushrods are straight, looking for next step to diagnose/repair. I'm not familiar with pushrod...

    What length of wire is needed for each? I'm going to be installing an aftermarket stereo and need to order power and ground wire, want to knock this out while I'm at it, so I want to order enough (in different colors as well)
