    My experience (2015 Tahoe LTZ WITH ACC) is that holding or toggling the gap button only cycles you through the 3 different choices for following distance. There does not seem to be a way to toggle the ACC off and keep traditional cruise on. I also have similar thread running and no help...

    Radar cruise control

    Same issue in MI with slush/snowy weather. Wreaks havok with the ACC. I want to just turn off the ACC and use old school cruise. All the tricks shown on YT or other forums don't seem to work. Can select ACC with 3 options for distance.... but no "cruise without ACC" option.
