What is the best tool to use to remove the air bag. I've heard aline wrench I've also just heard something to poke the releases. FYI i have read the sticky didn't really help. Any help would be appreciated.
Having some trouble with my driver side seat belt not staying connected. Have to slam into the connector to get clipped in. Any thoughts on how I could improve the function?
I'm choosing from light duty trucks the 1 catagory which I believe is for the first number in your vin then Yukon XL it sometimes gives me an error sometimes not. I believe that's the right vehicle. I'll try cleaning it tonight
Well I scanned the system, and besides it telling me that I have wrong vehicle and communication was lost about 20 times. It didn't say any errors, also I couldn't find the heated seat module on there. Guess that's my problem... Also for some odd reason I couldn't get the thing to communicate...
Thanks Wes I know I shouldn't of trusted my local dealer. They said they programmed it have the paper work. Egh idk it was also like the ***** didn't know what I was talking about. I've been trying get my tech 2 to work but to no luck. Idk where to turn too.
I was also told by my mechanic that the module itself isn't getting power I have no idea at this point. I did pick the wire out of the plug and put it in the heated steering wheel location going to test for 12v
Unfortunately no they charged me 150 bucks said they programmed the module but. I don't think so. Because not even the door handles light up with the runners on, which I think they would if they would of been programmed. Idk it may of been the kit to.
Hey guys, been awhile. I'm just here for curiosity sake. I want to see some pics of the 6.2 liters that came in our trucks what's missing. Stuff like that. Just wanting to see thanks.
Okay I know kinda vague plus sorry didn't exactly know where to put this. But a lot of guys on this board say look at your door panel sticker to find out how much you can tow. Instruction book says 5000. Little sticker says I think 7400. Don't quote. I'm actually just wondering what's the best...
I put brand new hubs on my gmc yukon xl the other week as well as front mudflaps about a week before that. I wasn't experiencing that much rubbing when I first put them on but now I have quite a bit any ideas. People have said alignment but steering wheels straight.
Truthfully not that hard I did mine in the car yeah some of the things aren't strapped but otherwise. Not that hard just push down to make it snap in the tabs.
