    From what I've found from searching, Monroe is the OEM supplier for the PPV tahoes. If you look at your factory suspension. They are stamped "Tenneco" on the lower mount bushings. Monroe is a Tenneco brand :)

    I also looked into this, but ended up getting a diablosport tuner. The range AFM module is around ~$200 and you can find a refurb tuner for not much more. And with a tuner you can do much more than just delete the AFM, you can also adjust the speedo for different rolling diameters of wheels...

    I actually went this route as well. There is currently a rebate going on w/ monroe and all four corners can be replace for right around ~$210 which is almost a no brainer for me! Thank you for your input

    Hi Ron, From my understanding, the fronts on the PPVs are the same (the tire size is what gives it its lowered appearance). However for the rear it uses a different strut / spring than the conventional models. I'm not sure on the SSV's but maybe someone can chime in.
